Not a difficult mousse. Without eggs. I basically use this recipe for my various desserts fillings and tarts. Easy and practically quick. And so delice....
Ingredients
120 gr creme fraiche (liquid)
140 gr milk chocolate of good quality
200 gr mascarpone cheese
100 gr creme fraiche (liquid)
Put in a casserole the 120gr of creme fraiche until boil. Heat in the milk chocolate and wait for almost 30 seconds. Then with your silicone spatula mix softly, with cyclic moves until you have a chocolate little thick little liquid mixture (not thick 100%)

Put in the mixer the mascarpone and the creme fraiche (100 gr) and heat until you produce a thick cream. (like chantilly). Then add to your chocolate mixture. Start mixing with your spatula. Then use your stirrer blender and whisk harder until you produce a soft mousse. Put in bowls or cups of your preference and serve.
Tips
In case you reserve in the fridge, leave for 10 minutes off before you fridge.
Ideal to fill in desserts and birthday cakes.
