A new flame has come...


Hello everybody!
I am Eleni, I am Greek and I am living in France, I have a french litterature degree and I have been working for twenty years in the banking business. Unfortunately crisis in my country left me and my husband off the sector so I then decided that dreams should be realized....

Since I was a little kid I loved sweets. Fifteen years ago I realized that it wasn't only love at first sight but a growing up love while baking, mixing, melting and decorating. My major hobby for many years was to gather a lot of recipes, test them check about mistakes and then adjust at my own taste. It's not easy. It needs time and love to read, study and try. And I use music to be inspired!

I am planning soon to make my own little laboratory of taste, personal training and seminar area for those who would like to try, to learn and to have fun as well.
A lot of my friends were always telling me that making sweets is difficult. It's not. There are easy recipes and difficult ones, but what counts is for all recipes to have correct quantities of ingredients and pure material to use. Even if you don't know how to bake a cake, I can guarantee you that with a lot of practice and starting from "scratch" you can make a whole new world in the kitchen looking sweet and inspiring. We will discover tips and methods to make life easier in kitchen.
You may find below some of the topics that are about to be posted soon and during the next months.



  • Description of techniques: you can learn easy and difficult ways to preparations. Depending on the sweets, you will be able to check your abilities, send me your comments and difficulties faced and be as well trained to become your own "chef at home". 
  • Recipes: Easy and difficult ones.
  • Exploitation of the "sweets" world: We find famous recipes and evaluate them.
  • Ffamous chefs and techniques. 
  • Sugar paste secrets: easy ways το decorate your sweets and advanced methods to make one of your sweets the king or queen of a fancy little evening!
  • Sugar art teachers: their secrets, ideas and methodology.
  • Interviews: Famous chefs and sugar artists will present us their profile and the good reason to use their practices .
  • Pictures from all of you people who would like to express themselves through sweets and sugar decorations (more details later on).
  • Exploration of best products to use in kitchen, E-shops and places to shop.
  • Exploration of best pastry shops and cafes to taste.
  • Evaluation and find out the best sweets pages/sites and people behind them.
  • Promote artists' business, art and work.
This is only the beginning. I count on your comments, your ideas and contact with me..
