Chestnuts easy mousse

200 gr chestnuts cream (you can find in the super markets or in shops with first materials)
100 gr creme fraiche (beaten to have the yogurt texture)
half tea spoon of fresh vanilla grains.

Easy you mix the cream with the creme fraiche, softly and at the end add the vanilla grains...

Cool it in the fridge before using it. Ideal for tarts, cupcakes topping and filling and for decorating sweets.
