Chocolates with light fudge

Amazing recipe. I tried it for the first time this year and it has become one of my favorites. Try it use almonds, hazelnuts, I used pistachios and I absoluted adored the combination....

Preparation: 15-20 minutes
Waiting time: 3 hours maximum
Quantity: over 20 pieces

Ingredients
160 gr concentrated milk (evapore for my friends in Greece)
1 1/2 cup of sugar
half tea spoon salt
1 table spoon cocoa
100 gr various dried fruits of your choice
350 gr chocolate 55%

Put in a casserole the sugar, salt, cocoa and the milk and mix them in medium temperature with a spatula. When the mixture starts to boil, turn temperature to low and we start whisking the mixture vigorously for 5 minutes.

Take off the fire and add the chocolate to fully melt and be incorporated. Finally add the pistachios and mix once again. In a dish with dimensions 20 x 20 cm adjust a baking paper and throw the whole mixture (alternatively with a brush put a little melted butter all around the dish so that the mixture once put inside is not stuck). Keep it off the fridge until it reaches room temperature and cools. Its texture will be tight.


Cut them in small rectangular pieces.
